From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Specialised Training Consultancy, we are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join an esteemed international luxury brand for the upcoming launch of a Resort Store based in Nammos Village, Mykonos.
This is a seasonal opportunity, from June until end of September. Possibility of a seasonal permanent contract to have a long term collaboration and be in charge of the Resort Store each year.
Job description
- Big opening and closing of the store, being in charge of all the operational and administrative tasks, in contact with the local providers and stakeholders.
- Team management and coaching.
- Clienteling, CRM and excellent customer service.
- Local business developer.
- Support the Store Project Manager in KPI’s analysis and commercial strategies.
- Demonstrate and reflect the luxury brand image through the service you provide with a positive and professional attitude.
Requirements:
- Good understanding of market and operations in Mykonos
- Very good leadership, communication, team animation and project management skills.
- Ability to take responsibilities, autonomy, reliability and rigour in execution.
- Ability to work effectively with retail software programs (MS Office, SAP etc…).
- Fluency in Greek and English is required, and preference will be given to candidates who have previous experience on Mykonos Island or have worked there for a season.
- Work permit for Greece
The offer:
- Accomodation (indivual room but shared appartment with other members of the store team).
- Monthly food allowance.
- Transport to Nammos Village and back home.
- Full Time contract.
- Base salary + attractive commissions scheme.
