At Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training consultancy specialising in fashion, luxury, retail, and FMCG, we are seeking a Senior E-commerce Performance & Growth Manager for the Italian market, based in Lisbon.

Your Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end market growth by translating business objectives into commercial plans, aligning forecasting, and proactively managing performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead pricing, campaigns, and promotional ROI across channels, balancing growth, profitability, margins, stock availability, and brand positioning.
- Plan and execute product launches and commercial initiatives, using data-driven pre- and post-analysis to optimise cross-channel performance, with a strong focus on D2C.
- Identify growth opportunities through analysis of sales, conversion, pricing, margins, customer behaviour, and funnel performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Planning, Webshop, Product, Marketing, Brand, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to ensure aligned execution and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, category management, digital retail, online merchandising, or a D2C environment.
- Proven track record of driving online growth and managing product categories with a strong commercial mindset.
- Highly data-driven and analytical — able to translate insights into clear, actionable decisions quickly.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-moving, international environments with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English. Portuguese and Italian are a plus.
